Is pricing per user or per firm?
Per firm. A plan covers your whole practice up to its user and entity limits, so you're not billed for every seat — the value is firm-level, and so is the price.
Does the price include GST?
Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. The listed figures are indicative annual prices; your final quote confirms user limits, entities and any on-premise storage setup.
What does on-premise storage cost?
Client documents live on your firm's own in-house server. Setting that up is a one-time cost quoted per firm on the Custom plan, because it depends on your existing hardware and network.
Can we change plans as the firm grows?
Yes. Firms typically start on Starter or Growth and move up as they add users, entities or an in-house document server. We'll size the right plan in the demo.
